They are probably both just really stoned.

Lame. Look at the pavement. There are squares which obviously have words written in them. If you published the address, it might tell you what it is.

It’s 634 Vallejo Street in San Francisco, corner of Columbus.
There is some sort of plaque embedded into the pavement.
At first, I thought they were taking a leak.

How the hell is it possible to get such high quality images from street view? Everything I get looks like a very badly compressed, low-res jpeg from 1997.

The guy to the left has a phone out and there looking at the phone. Do you see the guy to the right leaning into the guy to the left. So obviusly the guy to the right is looking on to the cellular device.
