Anonymous is right. It is part of the building. Looks a lot like an F-117 though, at first glance.

This is a glitch. Because of the sun’s position, one of the rays caused a white beam to blank out part of the building. If you pretend that the beam isn’t there you can see that the “spaceship” is the building’s roof.

I checked this out and it seems as though google have gone ahead and corrected that glitch as that particular street view no longer appears like that.
